Visitors

Anyone age of 13 or older (middle school or higher education)

Elementary school students and younger children must be accompanied by an adult.(1 adult for every 2 children.)

Make a reservation on S/I/M website

Visitors are welcome on Saturday without the need for reservations.

Visitor’s Guide

Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire museum.
Visitors under the influence of alcohol may not be admitted.
Photography is allowed. However, commercial photography is prohibited.
Filming for a media contents production requires prior discussion with the operation team
Visitors may be subject to X-ray machines and/or metal detectors for the safety of our visitors and the security of the exhibitions.
Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.(1 adult for every 2 children)
Groups of middle and high school students must be accompanied by guardians.
A group of 30 students requires 1 or more guardians.
Pets are prohibited with the exception of guide dogs.
Visitors who disturb others inside the museum may be escorted outside.
Any item that threatens others’ safety is prohibited.
Proper attire is recommended.
Please refrain from wearing flip-flops and/or sweat shirts/pants.
Bicycle, quick board, inline skates and wheeled shoes are not allowed in the museum.
According to the Occupational Safety and Health Act, abusive language, assault, sexual speach, and actions that create a sense of fear can be punished.
